Zhengzhou Yalong Pultrex Composites Co., Ltd. was established in September 1994, and became a member of the China Fiber Reinforced Plastics (FRP) Association in April 1995. Commended as a "High-Tech Enterprise in Zhengzhou" for many years, we are a major processor of FRP products in northern China.

Using world-leading pultrusion technology and testing equipment sourced from the United Kingdom, we can produce profiles in various shapes and with such impregnated resins as polyester, polyethylene, epoxy and phenolic. Manufacturing rods, tubes, channels, angles, I-beams and plates, these products can be assembled into such end-products as cable trays, structural platforms, fences, ladders, gratings, tent poles, filler supports for cooling towers and parts for special bridges.

With all models renowned for their light weight, high strength and excellent corrosion resistance, our FRP products are now widely used in the petroleum, petrochemical, electrical appliance, sports and transportation fields. In fact, our series have been widely used in major projects around China, with two examples including the application of our pultruded FRP gratings in China's biggest nylon 66 project in Pingdingshan City, and our FRP supports being supplied to the Yongcheng and Yichuan power plants in Henan Province.

Furthermore, our series have successfully undergone testing conducted by the Standardization Committee of the Chinese Construction Bureau, in addition to being recommended as "Anti-Corrosion Structures for Construction". Moreover, our "Selected National Standard Design Drawings" won a "Third-Grade Scientific and Technical Advancement Prize of Henan Province".

Pultrusion is a process to pull wet-out glass roving and continuous filament mat through a heated die of a specific shape. The profile is then cured in the die and pulled continuously to any desired length. The profile is light,strong,smooth and stable.

The company has imported two pultrusion machines,from Pultrex in the United Kingdom,One is a PX300-6T and the other is a PX1000-12T,a mat slitter,gel-test analyser and Computer Monitoring Interface system.We can produce profiles with dimensions up to 1000mm in width and 300mm in height. With reference to the dies made in the UK and its technologies,the company has become one of the leading manufacturers of FRP profiles in China.

The company also has tight quality control for all the raw materials to be used. For new formulas in profiles,we will run gel test first before any production. The final priducts have to go through a serious of physical and mechanical tests to reach or exceed the standard by the customers.
